What we collect
When you send a request: your name, WhatsApp number, Lahore area, address, optional notes, the item and quantity, and the time it was sent.
Why
Only to confirm, deliver and follow up on your request, including contacting you on WhatsApp or by phone about it.
Who sees it
Saaf Aag staff handling orders. If automatic WhatsApp messaging is active, the message content passes through the messaging service used to send it.
Distributor enquiries
If you use the Become a distributor form, we collect your name and phone number and the time it was sent. Saaf Aag staff use them only to call or message you back about distributing our pellets. They are visible only in our protected staff dashboard and are not shown publicly. Sending the form does not make you a distributor; any arrangement is agreed with our team.
How long we keep it
Pending confirmationA fixed retention period has not been set yet. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask for it to be deleted, message us with your reference.
On this device
This site stores your language choice in your browser. Recent-request comparisons stay in page memory only and clear when you reload; contact details are not saved in browser storage for this feature. If publishing analytics is enabled, the platform measures page visits and we send checkout-stage events. Our checkout events never include your name, number, address or order reference.
