Changing or cancelling a request
Message us on WhatsApp or call +92 310 5866664 with your reference number. Before dispatch, a request that has not been confirmed can simply be withdrawn. After dispatch, what happens is subject to terms agreed with our team.
Damaged or wrong bag
Pending confirmationDo not use a torn, wet or wrong bag. Send your reference and a photo on WhatsApp as soon as it arrives. The remedy is agreed case by case; we have not published a formal returns or refund policy.
