What exactly is in the bag?
Compressed sawdust pellets: 5 kg per BBQ Bag. They are made for outdoor grilling.
Will it work on my grill?
Pellets need airflow from below, so open-bottom charcoal-style grills and braziers are the usual fit. We have not tested specific grill brands. Check with your grill maker, and start with one bag.
Is it smokeless?
No solid fuel is smokeless. Smoke and ash vary with grill, airflow, weather and how the fire is lit.
Can I use it indoors or in the kitchen?
No. Burning any fuel indoors or in enclosed spaces can cause deadly carbon monoxide build-up. Outdoor use only.
Is it better for the environment?
It is made from sawdust, a by-product of wood processing. We have not published emissions or lifecycle data, so we do not claim it is cleaner than other fuels.
How much does delivery cost and how do I pay?

Is the bulk option a subscription?
No. Bulk is a one-time request. Nothing repeats or renews automatically.
How should I store an opened bag?
Keep it dry: fold and clip the top, store off the floor, away from heat, flame and children. Damp pellets may swell and burn poorly.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp with your reference and a photo before using it. How it is handled is agreed with our team; we have not yet published a formal returns policy.
